Refund Policy

At Earltech Innovative Solutions Pvt. Ltd., we are committed to delivering high-quality website development, IT, and digital marketing services. However, due to the nature of our work, we follow a clear and structured refund policy to ensure transparency and fairness for both parties.
By engaging with Earltech’s services, you agree to this Refund Policy.
1. General Refund Policy
All payments made to Earltech Innovative Solutions Pvt. Ltd. are non-refundable once project work has commenced.
Refunds are only applicable if:
No substantial work has been initiated.
The refund request is made within 24 hours of payment.
If Earltech is unable to deliver the agreed-upon services due to unforeseen circumstances from our end, a partial or full refund may be considered depending on the work completed.
2. Project Cancellation & Refunds
Client-Initiated Cancellation
Clients must submit a written cancellation request via email or an official communication channel.
If cancellation occurs before work has started, the upfront fee will be retained as an administrative charge.
If cancellation occurs after work has commenced, the client will be billed for the portion of the project already completed. Any remaining balance may be refunded at Earltech’s discretion.
Projects canceled after substantial completion (75% or more) are not eligible for a refund.
Earltech-Initiated Cancellation
If Earltech is unable to complete a project due to internal constraints, a full or partial refund will be issued based on the work completed.
Refunds may also be provided if Earltech fails to deliver services due to technical errors beyond our control, provided the issue is not client-related.
3. Partial Payments & Pending Dues
Earltech may request partial payments at different project milestones.
Clients must clear all pending payments before the website/application goes live.
If a client fails to make the final payment within 7 days of project completion, Earltech reserves the right to:
Hold or suspend the website/application.
Suspend services until payment is cleared.
Take legal action if necessary.
For projects where partial payment has been made, no refunds will be issued for the portion of work already completed.
4. No Refund Policy for Completed Projects
Once a project has been fully completed and delivered, no refunds will be entertained.
Clients are encouraged to review work at key milestones and provide feedback in a timely manner to ensure satisfaction before final delivery.
Any post-delivery modifications or additional requirements will be chargeable under Earltech’s revision and maintenance policy.
5. Refund Process & Timelines
Refund requests must be submitted in writing to info@earltechinnovative.io
, along with project details and a valid reason.
All refund requests will be reviewed within 7 business days.
Approved refunds will be processed within 10-12 working days and credited to the client’s original payment method.
6. Chargebacks & Disputes
Initiating an unauthorized chargeback after receiving services violates this policy.
Clients are encouraged to resolve disputes through direct communication before taking further action.
If a chargeback is filed, Earltech reserves the right to:
Take legal action.
Blacklist the client from future services.
7. Maintenance Policy (Post-GrowHype Takeover)
Earltech Innovative Solutions Pvt. Ltd. has officially acquired all assets, projects, and client accounts of GrowHype.ai.
Any client seeking maintenance or continuation of GrowHype’s previous services must do so under Earltech’s pricing and maintenance terms.
Ongoing support, updates, and hosting will be billed as per Earltech’s official service charges.
8. Modification of Refund Policy
Earltech reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. Updates will be posted on our website and official communication channels.
